I made this card using this weeks sketch from the Sunday Sketch and Stamp challenge blog. It was a perfect excuse (as if I needed one !) to use the papers from DCWV, that I 'just needed to have' when I saw them sitting in the craft shop, waiting to go home with someone (hehe, me!!:-)
I paper pieced the little hat and dress to match, the floral paper to one of the backing strips, reminds me of the cute little pinafores girls wear for school.
Card Recipe
Card base - 12x12" scalloped card cut down to 6x12"
DCWV patterned card stock - Linen Closet stack
SWALK stamp -Sunshine
Watercolour pencils
Prima flower and button
Blue organza ribbon
Cricut cartridge - Cindy Loo (tree altered to fit card with gypsy)
Thank you for taking a look.
